Boom Therapy is a caring, 100% patient focused practice with offices in throughout North Carolina. We provide evaluation and treatment to adults. Our goal is to provide personalized therapy so that patients can reach their full potential. Speech treatment focuses on a number of issues including language, voice, fluency, and swallowing deficits to get your little one talking with confidence. Our Physical Therapists focus on getting our patients walking and our Occupational Therapists focus on everything in between. All treatment is provided in our outpatient clinics. The staff is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners.

The Boom Therapy Team
Heather Heath
Heather Heath is one of the Boom Therapy Team. Heather grew up in Wallace, North Carolina. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Elementary Education, has a Master’s degree from North Carolina State University in Curriculum and Instruction, Reading, and a second Master’s degree from North Carolina Central University in Communication Disorders. Heather has experience working in the school, hospital, and private practice settings.
Blair Rhodes
Blair Rhodes is also a part of the Boom Therapy Team and holds a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from East Carolina University. Blair also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University with a double major in Health Information Management and Health Services Management. She is happily married with 3 children.
